Kelly joined Worksystems in 2016 and oversees the Construction/Infrastructure sector. She works with industry leaders to develop and implement a regional workforce plan to support the construction trades and staffs the Metropolitan Alliance for Workforce Equity, a coalition of labor, community, training and contractor partners working together to advance equity in the construction trades using successful tools such as the Community Benefits Agreement.
Kelly has a background in workforce development through her work in the residential energy efficiency sector where she led the development and implementation of workforce and contracting equity standards. She has a Bachelor's degree from Evergreen State College and a Masters in Urban Studies from Portland State University where she focused on Social Sustainability.
In her free time, Kelly loves to hang out in the Kenton neighborhood with her wife, daughter and numerous pets as well as practicing Praying Mantis Kung Fu and riding her bike.
