Kelly Haines

Kelly Haines is the Business Services manager at Worksystems, with a team that focuses on Healthcare, Manufacturing, Construction, Tech and Clean Energy. She leads on overseeing sector strategies and advancing quality jobs in the region in these targeted industries.  

Prior to this, she led in the Construction sector and staffed the Metropolitan Alliance for Workforce Equity — a coalition made up of labor, community, training and contractor partners who work together to advance equity in the construction trades, utilizing demonstrably successful tools such as the Community Benefits Agreement. She has a background in workforce development and equity work in the residential energy efficiency sector, and earned her Bachelor’s degree from the Evergreen State College and her Master’s of Urban Studies from Portland State University.

In her free time, Kelly loves to hang out in the Bridlemile neighborhood with her wife, kids and numerous pets, as well as running and riding her bicycle.
