    We are pleased to announce that we have funded another round of layoff aversion grants to community-based organizations located in Multnomah and Washington counties. We have now provided a total of $430,000 in critical financial support to non-profits in our area so they can continue to operate during the COVID-19 crisis.     Through a partnership with Comcast Oregon/SW Washington, Worksystems has purchased and distributed nearly 400 laptop computers and 6 months of pre-paid internet access to low-income job seekers through Comcast’s Internet Essentials program.
