Date posted:December 21st, 2020We are pleased to announce that Worksystems has been awarded an additional $100,000 in CARES Act funding from the Oregon Health Authority to provide cash assistance to residents of Multnomah and Washington counties who have been impacted by the COVID-19 economic crisis - bringing our total funding to $600,000. Date posted:December 18th, 2020In December, the Oregon Legislature passed HB 4401, which extends the eviction moratorium on non-payment of rent to July 1, 2021. This means that with limited exceptions, landlords cannot evict renters for non-payment without cause until July of 2021. Tenants must file a form with their landlord to qualify for the protections.
