The Columbia-Willamette Workforce Collaborative, a partnership between Worksystems, the Southwest Washington Workforce Development Council, and the Workforce Investment Council of Clackamas County, is committed to providing a unified approach to addressing the workforce needs of manufacturers throughout our region and we are working together to support economic development efforts to grow jobs by ensuring the availability of a robust skilled labor pool.
