IRCO
IRCO Youth Workforce Development program prepares immigrant, refugees and other low-income youth ages 16 to 24 for a career-focused training in industries such as healthcare, manufacturing, construction, informational technology, business and public sectors. It provides extensive services to clients with on-ramps to employment pathways through trainings, work experience opportunities, academic support and occupational coaching in targeted industries with the goal of securing a career track employment and credentials.

Job Readiness Training (JRT) is a skill-development program designed to help you prepare to enter the workforce. Portland Opportunities Industrialization Center
Paid training, employment resources, and career coaching, whether you are looking for your first job or re-entering the job market from the criminal justice system. Programs offer specialty training in construction, culinary, nature-related jobs, and manufacturing.

Portland Youth Builders
YouthBuild is a job readiness program designed to support students ages 17-24 with finishing high school and attaining a living wage career by providing individualized career coaching, hands-on training, and industry-recognized certifications in either the construction trades or technology.
Bridge to Construction is a paid pre-apprenticeship program designed to support GED/high school graduates ages 18-26 living in Multnomah or Washington County with pursuing a living-wage career in the construction trades through hands-on training and individualized career coaching.
