The 82nd Avenue Community Workforce Training Program provides access to free training for construction and clean energy careers that support the 82nd Ave. Transit Project and others. TriMet is also modernizing their fleet with hydrogen fuel cell buses which offer a clean energy alternative to diesel.
If you live in one of the following zip codes, you may be eligible: 97206, 97213, 97215, 97216, 97218, 97220, 97222, 97266, or 97086.
There are two training pathways available.

This program is financed in whole or in part with funds provided through Worksystems from TriMet, the U.S. Federal Transportation Administration, and the Portland Clean Energy Fund.
