BENEFIT COST ANALYSIS OF WORKSYSTEMS

Benefit-cost analysis of Workforce Investment Act programs and regional economic impact analysis of Workforce Investment Board operations for the program year 2009.

The report examines the benefits and costs generated by Worksystems, Inc.’s adult, dislocated worker, and youth programs, which are largely supported by Workforce Investment Act (WIA) Title I funds. The report also measures the economic benefits generated by the operations of Worksystems in its local service region of Multnomah and Washington counties. The time period for the analysis is July 1, 2009 – June 30, 2010.
