Andrew McGough

Andrew has been the Executive Director of Worksystems since 2006. He brings 25-plus years of workforce development experience to the organization and has been engaged with workforce and human service programs and policy at the national, state and local levels.

Prior to joining Worksystems, Andrew started two successful nonprofit organizations and worked as a consultant offering a variety of management and organizational development services. He is a recognized expert in workforce policy, program development, and performance management and is a frequent speaker at national, state, and regional events. He is active on several local and state boards and is the immediate past President of the U.S. Conference of Mayors’ Workforce Development Council.

When he’s not thinking about the workforce, Andrew enjoys playing drums.
