Sean Kelly

Sean joined Worksystems in 2009. He oversees workforce development programs and manages a portfolio of contracts that provide services to jobseekers. He is active in the agency’s resource development and program procurement efforts.

Sean has 20 years’ experience in workforce development. Prior to joining Worksystems, he worked as a policy analyst at the U.S. Department of Labor. He holds a Master’s degree in education from The George Washington University.
