Worksystems is seeking a qualified and experienced organization to provide Employer of Record (EOR) services for youth and adults placed in a subsidized Work Experience or Paid Work Opportunity services. The Employer of Record will manage the administrative and compliance-related aspects of employment, including payroll management, tax and regulatory compliance, hiring and offboarding, worker’s compensation and pre-placements screenings, and adherence to labor regulations. Proposals are due no later than noon on November 25, 2024.
