The Workforce Navigator program, funded by Prosper Portland, provides easy-access job development services and referral to long-term, intensive career development services to Portlanders residing in designated Neighborhood Prosperity Zones. Five staff do community outreach to neighborhood businesses and residents to offer employment services. Navigator staff are bilingual and support both English and non-native English speakers.
