Worksystems has reached out to recent graduates of Providence’s Community Health Care Worker training to provide information about additional training available through our Health Careers Northwest program.
Graduates of Providence’s 4-week training program are equipped with the knowledge to inform members of their community about available health care resources and the importance of healthy living and early screening. Many of the graduates are bi-lingual and will help support efforts to provide culturally competent care. Since these graduates have already demonstrated an aptitude for and interest in health care, they are prime candidates for continued training through our program to prepare for entry level, career pathway employment in the medical field.
Over 50 graduates attended our outreach event and we hope to see them enroll in Health Careers Northwest to further their education!
