In December, the Oregon Legislature passed HB 4401, which extends the eviction moratorium on non-payment of rent to July 1, 2021. This means that with limited exceptions, landlords cannot evict renters for non-payment without cause until July of 2021. Tenants must file a form with their landlord to qualify for the protections.
