This year’s State of the Workforce Report explores population changes, labor force participation, youth employment, and shifts in regional industries—along with a focused lens on equity and opportunity.

9:00am – Keynote Speaker: Serilda Summers-McGee, MBA, M.Ed – Founder & CEO, Workplace Change
What comes after the data? Serilda will close the morning with a powerful keynote focused on turning insight into action. Building on the State of the Workforce report, she’ll offer tangible strategies for businesses to create more effective workplaces—grounded in the belief that every employee should feel safe, valued, and included. Attendees will leave with practical steps they can take now to positively impact both their workforce and their bottom line.

Established in 2007, the Columbia-Willamette Workforce Collaborative is a dynamic partnership of the region’s three Workforce Development Boards: Clackamas Workforce Partnership, Workforce SW Washington, and Worksystems. We deliver a unified approach to serving industry, guiding public workforce training investments to better address the needs of our combined labor shed.
