Effective financial stewardship and regulatory compliance are essential to Worksystems’ success. Our fiscal and compliance practices promote transparency, accountability, and sustainability, which are vital for building trust and confidence with stakeholders and ensuring long-term viability of our programs. Our Fiscal and Compliance teams are dedicated to providing the support and technical assistance our partners need to successfully manage resources and achieve our shared goals.
We achieve financial integrity, effective resource management, and accountability by:

Collaborating with our financial software partners to utilize the advanced features of the software to ease data entry, improve timeliness, and provide data accessibility
Providing a comprehensive program for procurement, contracting, compliance, and monitoring to promote collaboration and expand resources
Reviewing, understanding, and interpreting complex funding rules, laws, and regulations to create policies that guide and support program implementation
Training staff to enhance financial literacy and contract management skills
Aligning program design with funding requirements, and conducting program oversight to ensure appropriate use, management and investment of workforce resources
Providing technical assistance to partners and contractors, ensuring they have the resources they need to implement programs and build capacity in the field
Underlying our work is a commitment to continuous improvement. Policies, procedures, training, and practices are regularly reviewed to ensure all stakeholders are able to easily obtain information, and everyone has access to resources and opportunities.
