CoachCon 2025 brought career coaches and workforce professionals together last month for a full day of learning, skill-building, and community.

The event featured four interactive workshops that equipped coaches with new strategies to support participants more effectively. Sessions focused on whole-person coaching practices, amplifying participant voice through storytelling, using labor market data to guide people toward quality jobs, and exploring ethical, hands-on applications of AI in coaching. Attendees received practical tools and prompts they could immediately apply in their daily work.

Coaches also enjoyed opportunities to network with peers, connect with sector leads, and refuel together over breakfast and lunch. The day wrapped with a raffle and reflections on how coaching shapes stronger, more equitable pathways into work.
