We’re excited to announce that the Ann J. and William Swindells Fund of Oregon Community Foundation has awarded us a $100,000 grant to support individuals with prior justice involvement through our Economic Opportunity Program (EOP).

The EOP is a cornerstone of our community-based approach, connecting participants to career coaching, training resources, and support services that remove barriers to employment. This comprehensive support helps individuals build job readiness, achieve stability, and move toward sustainable careers.
