I hope you are well. As the Workforce Development Board we are counted on to serve the region’s job seekers, workers and businesses.  Given these unprecedented times, we have done some thinking and reorganizing to make sure we’re providing maximum value to our partners and community. The document below provides a broad overview of where we landed and how we’re focusing our work for the moment and foreseeable future. Behind each slide is additional detail to make sure the Worksystems team is all rowing in the same direction. Like all of you, we are learning on the fly and are adapting and learning every day.
