Free Supervisor Training Series: New Dates Added!
Supervisors play a critical role in retaining talent. To support employers and frontline managers, Worksystems is offering a free, virtual Supervisor Training Series focused on building stronger, more supportive workplaces for young workers.
These trainings are designed for:
- Supervisors and managers who work directly with young employees
- Employers looking to improve retention and workplace culture
- Staff who support or coach supervisors working with young people
- Anyone interested in building stronger, more inclusive workplaces
Young workers often leave jobs not because of the work itself, but because of workplace culture, unclear expectations, or lack of support. By equipping supervisors with the right tools, employers can improve retention, strengthen teams, and create environments where young people can succeed.
The series includes four stand‑alone, 90‑minute live virtual sessions. Each can be taken on its own, and participants can attend sessions in any order:
