The IRCO Immigrant Nurse Credentialing Program graduation was this past Saturday. Our staffer Nick had the honor of speaking at the event and congratulating the graduates. These foreign-educated nurses came from 11 different countries, including Ethiopia, Japan, Ukraine & Russia. 
The event was headlined by State Senator Michael Dembrow, a staunch advocate for immigrants in our community.
We’re excited about helping these 15 graduates prepare for and pass the NCLEX licensing exam and find employment with our healthcare partners. Their presence in the workforce will help to improve health outcomes through delivery of culturally-responsive care.
