Over the past several years, Worksystems has worked to connect our future workforce with the manufacturing industry in order to expose youth to the opportunities which exist in our region. Once again, our local businesses are making themselves available for the youth to come onto their production floors, stamping facilities and shipyards to name a few, and learn about the manufacturing pathways which exist as a way to build a career upon graduation.
