One of our Reboot NW training partipants was recently given the Portland Women Who Code’s 2018 Rising Tech Star award! Brandi “Charly” Welch received the award based on community nominations, including one from her company’s Chief Technology Officer.

Charly is a single mom who completed technology training funded through our Reboot NW program. With help from her program-sponsored career coach, she has overcome poverty and is now employed as a full stack engineer at DiscoverOrg in Vancouver.
