Today, Worksytems and our partners at Workforce SW Washington and Clackamas Workforce Partnership released our 2019-2021 Manufaturing Workforce Plan to outline our support of the workforce needs of manufacturers in our region. This three-point plan will help address manufacturing workforce challenges by:
1) Making manufacturing a career of choice for the emerging workforce.
2) Connecting manufacturers to the right candidates now.
3) Strengthening the manufacturing industry.
The Plan outlines specific outcomes that we hope to achieve and we will provide regular updates to our manufacturing partners on progress.
